In traditional LOTO, every lock means another physical key to issue, track, carry, and eventually hunt for. With LOTØShield, the authority to operate a lock is a digital key held in the app, issued in seconds, scoped to the right person and the right lock, and revocable instantly. There is nothing to lose and nothing to copy.
Personal Digital Locks
A worker’s personal lock is their personal guarantee that equipment stays de-energized while they’re exposed. LOTØShield gives every worker a personal digital lock they manage from their own phone, applied and removed by them alone, visible to the whole team in real time, and recorded automatically in the audit trail.
Virtual Lockboxes
Group lockouts traditionally mean a physical lockbox stuffed with keys and a wall of personal padlocks. A LOTØShield virtual lockbox does the same job with none of the hardware: isolation keys are deposited digitally, each worker attaches their personal digital lock, and the box cannot open until every worker has removed theirs.
